Prof. Rosaria Sciarrillo

Rosaria Sciarrillo graduated in 1991 in Biological Sciences from the University of Naples 'Federico II'. After graduation she carries out as an internal graduate student research activities at the Department of Evolutionary and Comparative Biology of the University of Naples 'Federico II' and collaborates in the organization of the exercise courses of 'Comparative Anatomy', 'Cytology and Histology', 'Human Anatomy' for the students of the degree course in Biological Sciences. In 1992 he qualified as a biologist and registered with the Register of Biologists of the Province of Naples. In 1992 she was admitted to the Ph.D. program in Evolutionary Biology at the Department of Evolutionary and Comparative Biology of the University of Naples 'Federico II' and in 1995 she was awarded the title of Ph.D. in Evolutionary Biology.

In 1996 he won the competition for university researcher at the Faculty of Sciences Mathematics, Physics and Natural Sciences at the University of Salerno disciplinary sector 'Comparative Anatomy and Cytology' (BIO/06). In 1999 she was confirmed in the role of university researcher for the disciplinary sector BIO/06 at the Faculty of Mathematical, Physical and Natural Sciences of the University of Sannio. In 2021 she is qualified as Associate Professor in Comparative Anatomy and Cytology (BIO/06).

From 2003 to 2019 she participated in international and national research projects, eligible for funding on the basis of competitive calls involving peer review: PRIN 2003 Project; PRIN 2008 Project; NTB Project-New Technologies of Bioremediation of Polluted Areas; VERITAS Project; BASC Project; DiCoVaLe Project.

From 2000 to 2019, he participated and collaborated with Scientific Responsibility in scientific studies and researches entrusted by qualified public or private institutions such as: Monitoring and on the Phytodepuration of tunnel wastewater of the Florence-Bologna high-speed section (C.A.V.E.T); Experimentation project for the application for the remediation technique of phyto-bioremediation in the Bagnoli-Coroglio Invitalia SIN.
